"Fair prices, but nothing too exciting"
I ordered a couple of things from Shop by Bravo, and overall it was sorta okay for the price. The prices seemed fair enough, but the quality was average, not bad, just not anything that really stood out to me.
Shipping was fine, and everything showed up without any issues. I might order again if there’s a good discount, but at full price I’d probably check a few other sites first.

"Easy return and quick refund"
I had to send one item back because the size didn’t work for me, and the whole process was simple. The return instructions were clear, and my refund came through quicker than I expected. If you’re unsure about sizing, I’d say don’t stress too much, the return process was hassle-free in my experience.

"I ordered the size I normally..."
I ordered the size I normally wear, but this fit really differently compared to other clothes I’ve bought in the same size. The waist felt tight, while other areas were oddly loose, so it just didn’t sit right on me. The material was decent, but I couldn’t wear it the way I had pictured. Returning it was a little more of a hassle than I expected too. Maybe sizing up would help, but i’m not sure I’d order clothing from here again.

"My order showed up with the wrong..."
My order showed up with the wrong size, plus one item I didn’t even choose. I checked my confirmation just to make sure I wasn’t mixing things up, and nope, it definitely wasn’t what I ordered. It felt like the order was handled carelessly, like nobody bothered to double-check it before shipping. Super frustrating, and customer support wasn’t much help either. I won’t be ordering from them again.

the shipping took way longer than I expected. I ordered from shopbybravo and it showed up much later than they said it would. The product itself was fine, but the long wait was frustrating

I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, but the quality actually surprised me. The material feels sturdy and looks really nice in person. My only small complaint is that the stitching could’ve been a bit cleaner in one spot, but overall I’m happy with it
